how are your prints packaged?
We ship our posters rolled in a heavy-duty cardboard mailing tube.
The ends are capped and sealed with tape.
do your prints come framed?
No. Our ‘For Like Ever’ poster has been designed to fit in standard (US) frames. Standard 24"x36" (or 11"x17") frames can be found at many retailers.
how are your prints shipped?
We ship everything — domestically and internationally — via the U.S. Postal Service.
how many prints can be shipped in one mailing tube?
We can safely roll and pack up to three prints in a single mailing tube.
do you ship overseas?
Yes. We ship worldwide via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.
do you charge VAT?
No. As a US retailer we do not charge VAT. However, your country may impose additional duties, customs fees or taxes upon your order. We have no control over any such fees and can not be held responsible for them in any way. If you choose to refuse delivery you will still be responsible for our product which we will consider a total loss along with any fees imposed by your country.
may I come by your studio to pick up a product in person?
Yes, but by appointment only, please. (If you do happen to find yourself in the Mid Hudson Valley...)
what if I order one of your prints and then decide I no longer want it?
If your order has not yet shipped we will be happy to cancel it upon your request. However, once shipped, we can not accept the return or exchange of a print due to their fragile nature.
my print arrived damaged — what now?
Unfortunately this does happen occasionally. We always replace prints that have been damaged in transit.
